As you know we have discontinued priority processing due to the fact that some consultants have advised their applicant’s to quit their jobs and sale their apartments in anticipation of receiving a nomination from the SINP.

-The first step is for applicant’s to apply for a visitor visa. If an applicant has quit their job, sole their apartment they probably will not receive a visitor visa due to the fact that a CIC or a Border Service Worker will this the applicant’s case as dual intent.
-The second step is for the applicant’s to apply as principal applicants with the SINP and come for an interview with an SINP Officer. Just because an applicant received their visitor visa does not mean they will meet SINP Standards therefore a principal applicant that is determined ineligible will have to go back home to a job that he quit and a home that he sold.

The priority process no longer exists therefore I suggest that you contact the Director of Program Integrity Kirk Westgard to discuss the concerns you have for the four families.

Thanks.
